Community Inclusion

Community Inclusion supports individuals in building the skills needed to live safely at home and in the community through client-centered goals and active participation in everyday routines.

  • Encouragement, prompting, and guided support from life skills coaches
  • Focus on person-centered activities of daily living
  • Support for a more productive, healthy, and independent lifestyle
Service Two

Systematic Skill Building (SSB)

Systematic Skill Building is designed to help individuals acquire and strengthen the skills that support independence and participation in the greater community.

  • Uses techniques informed by Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Supports communication, social skills, and community participation
  • Builds abilities related to vocation and independent living
Service Three

Supportive Employment

Supportive Employment offers options that help individuals move toward meaningful work while staying at the center of the decision-making process.

  • Vocational assessments, job finding, and job coaching
  • Extended job-related assistance through a client-centered approach
  • Supports purpose, accomplishment, and community contribution
Service Four

Behavioral Specialist

Behavioral Specialist services support individuals whose disruptive or destructive behaviors may create obstacles to living safely at home or participating actively in their communities.

  • Individualized and comprehensive behavior support planning
  • Guidance for participants, families, and support teams
  • Skill development aimed at improving independence
Service Five

Licensed Respite in home and out of home

This service provides temporary living support for individuals who need immediate short-term housing or care arrangements.

  • Short-term support when temporary arrangements are needed
  • Designed to create stability during immediate transitions
  • Helps families respond to urgent care needs with more flexibility
Service Six

Mentorship

Mentorship is provided by an Occupational Therapist with clinical experience to help participants pursue their goals and live with as much independence as possible.

  • Monthly staff visits and team consultation around goals
  • Guidance focused on accomplishments, progress, and next steps
  • Relationship-based support built around goal-specific objectives
